Our restaurant is a lovely open-plan dining room where traditional oak-beams and contemporary furnishings create a harmonious and relaxing ambience. It’s the perfect setting for you to enjoy a romantic dinner, family celebration or night out with friends.
Our Head Chef and his brigade are passionate about food. Every dish on the frequently changing menu is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients – locally sourced wherever possible.
You can choose to eat from our comprehensive main menu, packed with traditional favourites, or from our varied and ever-changing Chefs’ specials list – which ever you choose we’ll happily accommodate you. On Sundays, we serve a Sunday Lunch menu that combines the best of both, plus of course our delicious choice of three roasts, all served with five fresh vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding.

Norfolk is rich in great produce and our kitchen’s philosophy is based on seasonality, provenance and flavour. Game, fish, meat and vegetables are chosen with care daily. We have a close relationship with the finest suppliers in the county and they know that we insist on buying the best. We don’t do run-of-the-mill at The Parson but we do believe in offering great food cooked with passion and flair.
Kids’ meals, vegetarian options and special dietary requirements are all happily catered for. Please advise when booking.
As of October 2021 we serve our fabulous Roasts from our large Sunday Lunch Menu on Sundays from Midday until 5pm, then a bar menu is in operation and we lock and leave for the evening at 8pm.
